1. These terms and conditions apply to your membership of the Zizzi “Zillionaire Club” which is operated by Zizzi Restaurants Limited (“we“, “us“, “our“). In joining the Zillionaire Club you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  2. Membership of the Zillionaire Club gives you the chance to earn loyalty points (“Zs“), whenever you make a qualifying purchase at a participating Zizzi restaurant. Details of what is and is not a qualifying purchase (including any minimum spend requirements and excluded menu items) can be found here. At our discretion we may also run special promotions where we award you one or more Zs from time to time, without a qualifying purchase being made. Please also be aware that participating restaurants may change over time and a list of participating restaurants can be found here.
  3. Zs which you collect have no cash value and are personal to you.
  4. Zs can be exchanged by you for a range of rewards that we offer (“Perkz“). At our discretion we may also offer you Perkz without you needing to exchange any Zs. Perkz are subject to availability and will change over time. Details of Perkz available to you at any given time, and the requirements for redeeming these Perkz, can be found by logging into your membership account.  Individual Perkz terms and conditions will apply (and Perkz will only be valid up until their stated expiry date).  For certain Perkz, third party terms and conditions may also apply.  By choosing a Perkz you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of that Perkz.  Please also choose your Perkz carefully as once your Zs have been exchanged for a Perkz, they cannot be exchanged back into Zs for any reason. Please make sure you redeem your Perkz before the stated expiry date as there will also be no refund of Zs or other compensation given if a Perkz expires before it is able to be used by you.
  5. In order to be eligible to join the Zillionaire Club, you need to be at least 16 years old, resident in the United Kingdom, and not be an employee or agent of Zizzi Restaurants Limited or any of its affiliated companies.
  6. When you apply for membership of the Zillionaire Club you will be issued with an account number and asked to set up a membership account. You can then log into your account by choosing one of the log-in methods that we offer from time to time (this may include having a username and password or by using your Facebook or Google account). You are responsible for ensuring you keep your log-in details secure, and for all activity that occurs on your membership account. You should not permit anyone else to use your membership account and you must contact us immediately if you suspect or become aware that anyone else knows your log-in details or has accessed or misused your membership account.  In such cases we will take reasonable steps available to us to secure your membership account, which may include issuing a forced reset of your log-in details.  We will take reasonable steps to keep your membership account secure and you must comply with any security requirements that we tell you, but we will not be responsible for any loss of Zs or misuse of your account if this is caused by you not doing so. Furthermore, we may cancel any Zs or Perkz we reasonably suspect to have been obtained fraudulently or illegally or as a result of a misuse of your account.
  7. There are no membership fees associated with the Zillionaire Club, but as part of signing up you will need to provide us with certain personal information, so please see our Privacy Policy for further details about how we will process your data. All your details must be kept up to date at all times.
  8. This is a digital account. You will have an account number but there is no physical membership card issued when you join the Zillionaire Club. Details of how you can access your membership account are available here.
  9. You must be a registered member of the Zillionaire Club in order to earn Zs on qualifying purchases. Once you are a member you can view and track your Zs by signing into your Zillionaire Club membership account.  If you believe you are missing any Zs, please contact us immediately (although please note that allocating to you any Zs not claimed at the time of purchase is at our discretion). As you accumulate Zs, you may move up to a higher level of membership. You may find further details of our levels, their criteria, and their benefits here. You will remain on your reached level for 12 months. At the end of your 12 months your level will be reset.
  10. Zs will remain valid for exchange against Perkz for a period of one (1) year from being earned, after which time, they will expire, if unused. Zs and Perkz can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in these terms and conditions (and the terms and conditions of the relevant Perkz). Any Zs or Perkz acquired or used otherwise than in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed. Your accumulated Zs may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared with anyone.
  11. As this is a digital account you will need access to the internet in order to access your membership account and/or redeem Perkz. You are responsible for arranging such internet access (including any associated costs).
  12. If you would like to delete or remove your personal information (this would include the removal of your Zillionaire Club membership) please send an email to privacy@zizzi.co.uk. We will cancel your account promptly after you ask us to do so. Once your account is cancelled, you will lose all accumulated Zs and these will not be recoverable.  There is no entitlement to any compensation for Zs that are lost when you cancel your account. You will need to make sure that you have exchanged any accumulated Zs for Perkz before cancelling your account. If you cancel your membership this will not affect any vouchers for Perkz that you have already received but not yet redeemed and you may continue to use these Perkz in accordance with the Perkz’ terms and conditions.
  13. We may cancel your membership if you do not comply with these terms and conditions or if we reasonably suspect any fraud has taken place in relation your membership or your collection or redemption of any Zs or Perkz. We may also cancel your membership if we reasonably believe it is dormant, such as where there have been no transactions on your account for a period of two (2) years. We will act reasonably in cancelling your membership, but our decision to do so is final. If we cancel your membership, you will lose all accumulated Zs, (which will not be recoverable) and we may also, at our discretion, cancel or invalidate any vouchers for Perkz that you have received but not yet redeemed, without any compensation to you.
  14. We can cease to operate the Zillionaire Club at any time. We will give you at least 90 days’ notice if we are to cease to operate the Zillionaire Club (unless a shorter period is required in order for us to comply with applicable law). If we give you notice that we will cease to operate the Zillionaire Club, we may at that time restrict your ability to earn new Zs at our discretion.
  15. We may change the terms of the Zillionaire Club, including by amending these terms and conditions or any individual membership benefits or criteria, at any time. Where we make any significant changes to these terms and conditions such changes shall not take affect for at least 30 days’ after we take steps to make you aware of the changes (unless in each case a shorter period is required in order for us to comply with applicable law). We may also change the available Perkz at any time without needing to give you any advanced warning. We may seek to make you aware of any changes in a variety of ways including highlighting this when you next log into your membership account, setting out details of the changes on our website or sending you updated terms and conditions as well as other methods. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of the current terms and conditions whenever you use your Zillionaire Club account. If you do not wish to agree to the changes in the terms and conditions for your Zillionaire Club account, then please send a request to erase your data to privacy@zizzi.co.uk. By continuing to use your Zillionaire Club account after the changes take affect you are agreeing to those terms and conditions.
  16. Your account is intended for your personal use and is not intended for any business use. We are therefore not liable for any business losses that might arise, including loss of profit.
